Returns
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
- Opened supplements or food products.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability (with proof of vedio)
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure that your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. RK Nutrition is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
